&lt;p&gt;When someone is talking about how animals have rights and someone else comes along and says, &amp;ldquo;I&amp;rsquo;ll worry about animal rights after black people&amp;rsquo;s are respected,&amp;rdquo; they are, in my opinion, intentionally (or unintentionally) subverting
